Established in 2005, Universal Construction Company began its journey as an Association of Persons (AOP) founded by two brothers with a shared vision of building a reliable and professionally managed construction enterprise. From its inception, the firm has focused on delivering quality construction and civil engineering services with a strong emphasis on integrity, workmanship, timely execution, and long-term relationships.

Over the years, Universal Construction Company has grown from its modest beginnings into an established family-owned construction business, undertaking projects for both private clients and public-sector organizations. The firm’s experience has been built through practical knowledge, consistent project execution, and a commitment to maintaining professional standards across its operations.

Mr. Khalid Mahmood, a Founder Member and the Managing Partner, continues to provide strategic leadership to the company. Under his guidance, the business has developed a strong foundation based on experience, commitment, and responsible management.

Today, the next generation of the family is actively involved in taking the business forward. Mr. Bilal Khalid, serving as Director – Projects & Operations, oversees project execution and operational activities, while Mr. Nosher Khalid, Director – Business Development & Administration, contributes to business development and the firm’s administrative functions.
